. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data & HR records & ensure that it’s updated on the HRMS, Oracle system, Power BI Dashboard & Employees files.
. Prepare & follow up employees requests (Leave encashment, Annual Leaves, Sick leaves, Salary certificates, etc...).
. Prepare and coordinate with the related department for the required new joiners induction procedure (orientation, job contract, employee handbook, custodies, stationary, desk, computer, & email),
. Prepare & circulate both administrative decisions & circulars decisions.
. Circulate burial details, training certificate, graduation certificate, announcement of marriage & new born.
. Handle recruitment process & coordinate with different recruitment sources.
. Make sure HR policies & procedures are applied as outlined by HR Dept. & top management.
. Coordinate with the government relation section on the employee residents, document any other related issues.
. Prepare the HR reports as requested from the management.
. Support the HR team in the health & life insurance renewal, cancelation, & claims.
. Follow & correspond to the department email.
. Handle the employee files & records and make sure that it’s archived electronically.

• Participate in the mechanism of the employee annual performance appraisals and record its results to the automated system.
• Managing all the governmental bodies and institutions electronic account of the company.
