Responsible for reviewing the ITP, Checklist and Method of
Statement. Reviewing the IFC drawing like cable, conduit, cable routing, duct bank and Panels to
identify there is a discrepancy prior for inspection. Daily site monitoring and surveillance to

conduct pro-active specially during the early stage of excavation and concreting to avoid re-work.
Inspection of installation of duct bank with 6” inch of PVC pipe NEMA TC 8 & 9 and TC 2 & 3.
Responsible for inspection of PVC coated conduit and PVC conduit sleeve in the Tank bottom for
Cathodic Protection system. Responsible for cathodic protection inspection for installation of
conduit sleeve pipe, monitoring tube pipe for testing purposes. Conduct inspection for electrical
cable pulling/laying inspection for HV/LV and control cables in direct buried main cable trench.
Installation inspection for rebar grounding connected to grounding busbar at four corners on the
building/substation. Preparation for ITP and review prior for submittal to the client. Inspection for
the Installation of base frame support for LV/HV SWGR and MCC Panels along with power
distribution board for small power for lighting system. Reviewing documents for pre-installed
transformer and SWGR prior arriving at site during procurement to make sure all the requirements
in accordance with the project Amiral standard. Review and compare the project standard to the
given data sheet of the equipment to make sure that all documents provided by vendor are in
accordance with the project standards like AMIES and AMIMS prior to delivery at site, including
the cable tray, PVC coated conduit, PVC conduit, battery, DC/AC UPS and other electrical
equipment. Maintain records for all RFI that input in the system C-Space and RFI shall be closed
not more than 7 days. Daily monitoring and site surveillance at site to prevent any problem that
escalate and issue NCR if necessary. Monitoring the issue of NCR and the closing.

Provide oversight to EPC contractors, subcontractors,
independent testing agencies, vendors and suppliers on quality-related activities. Delegate task to
discipline QCIs to ensure all work areas have full coverage. Perform periodic audits in accordance to
Quality Management System (QMS). Conduct training to site management personnel for orientation
to site quality program and coordinate trainings by discipline crafts, and attend periodic meetings
such as construction planning and review meetings. Reviews contractor’s quality program e.g. Quality
Plan, ITP, MS, etc. Facilitate review of Solo run test of motor, testing activity for SWGR, Bus Duct,
Transformer, and Electrical Panels. Conducting Inspection for Telecommunication System like
Telecom cables, CAT6, Telephone system, CCTV, LAN, and Fiber Optic cables. Inspection for cable
testing CAT6 cable and Fiber Optic cable installation/laying. Inspection for fiber optic fusion splicing
and connector assembly and termination as per termination details. Witness Inspection for OTDR
Testing of Fiber Optic cables, VFL, and OLTS. Conducting Inspection for Cathodic protection system
like ICCP and SACP. Checking and Inspection of all the installed Anode like MMO (Mixed Metal Oxide)
and MG (Magnesium anode) and also conductor bar and (PRE) permanent reference electrode.
Monitoring of installation of CP positive cable and negative cable and testing for cathodic protection
system. Monitor construction activities to verify compliance to IFC drawings, specifications, Site
Quality Manual, Contract, International and Local code and standards. Issue OPR, NCR, or CAR;
evaluate the underlying root cause to prevent recurrence. Check contractor quality records; must be
easily separable by turnover packages. Participate walk downs to completed system turnover until
MCC / ECC is issued.

Daily site monitoring for all the drilling works and grouting works.
Preparation and planning for the grouting works such as consolidation grouting and curtain
grouting. Setting-up plan for consolidation grouting to be prepared such as location of the hole, hole
number and hole id to be identified. Making a proper plan and every 3 meters interval for the hole
prior for drilling, and depth of concrete shall be recorded and drilling start from the rocks shall be 5
meters. For curtain grouting drilling and grouting shall be 70 meters, 52 meters, and 30 meters
depends on its elevation. Every 8 to 10 meters filling concrete of high dam is the plan for
consolidation grouting to be prepared and submit the IR (Inspection Request) along with survey
report. Submit request for inspection for every plan of grouting hole points, and every hole points
location shall have a survey data report. Check, interact with Geologist Engineer for the core sample
of rocks to identify the rocks if using for down stage or up stage grouting. Supervise for water
pressure testing after all the the grouting done in specific block area, water pressure testing
acceptance criteria shall be base on approved water testing procedure. Grouting cement mixing shall
be 1:5, 1:3, 1:1 and it depends the volume of the injection (flow rate). Interface with site supervisor,
client as well as consultant for the work plan.

Prepare for the installation of LCS Local Control Station
(Push Button Switch) for Electrical Motors in site area, and cable pulling for LV and HV cables for
power supply, and make sure the cable are measured properly to avoid shortage of cables. Coordinate
other department like plant maintenance personnel for the access inside substation and MCC room
for any work related. Perform IR testing and continuity testing for power and control cables prior for
final termination. Perform pre-commissioning for (LCS) local control station functional testing to
insure the correct connection and correct function of LCS, thus termination of power and control
cables inside MCC/Substation and in the field, and make sure the correct termination and follow
the approved termination details IFC. Perform installation of RGS conduit for the sized of 3/4”, 1”, 1
¼”, 1 ½” and 2” (inches) for the power and control cables and replacement for the existing installed
cables. Perform installation of cable tray such as ladder type, solid bottom perforated cable tray,
lighting works for crude station shelter, conduit installation and cable installation for lighting up to
energization, thus installation of panel board in site, to be used by construction during the shutdown
period of the plant.

Took over a large department at a critical time of the project and responsible for take in charge for monitoring and implementation of FDH-JV practice, Quality Management System and KIPIC project specifications and requirements and standards. Coordinate construction quality surveillance, inspection, testing of constructor’s daily inspection activities. Manage the team of QC E&I/Engineers to implement the project standard for inspection and assigned individual of each area’s and responsibilities. Provide assistance to QC Manager for evaluation and approval of contractors QC inspectors ensuring that the personnel are enough experience to execute the site inspection and signed-off the relevant documents on quality matter. Reporting to QA/QC Department Manager in accordance with all the site inspection executed in site
specially if there is a critical observation. Monitoring of surveillances and non-conformance report issued by individual FDH-JV inspectors and contractor’s inspectors to ensure that corrective action and procedures are effective and meeting the project requirements and standards. Guiding and mentoring to contractor personnel in the execution of site quality inspection and project standard discussion. Review submittals related to quality control, quality verification documents (QVD) punch list monitoring of every QC inspector on designated area and discuss solution and actions for closing out the punch item. Review and checking the compilation of quality documentation i.e. QVD’s and INRB’s (Inspection Record Books) from the sub-contractor and ensuring the proper reviewing had been implemented for project dossier submission. Reviewing of quality controlled documents and
procedures such as (ITP) Inspection and Test Plan, testing procedures, (PQP) Project Quality Plan,
and any other documents relevant to quality.

approved of the project quality plan, Quality Assurance Procedures, Inspection and Test Plans,
Method Statement and other relevant quality documents prior to submittal and final approval to the
client. Generate surveillance report (SRs) non-conformance reports (NCRs) corrective action reports
(CARs). Supervise all QC Inspectors to ensure compliance with PQM and ITP. Perform internal audit
monthly in accordance with Quality Management System ISO 9001. Perform daily site surveillance
and inspections for Electrical & Instruments, and telecommunication, pre-commissioning activity
testing for electrical and instruments equipment’s. Inspection for Telecommunication system like
installation of CAT6 cables, telecom cables, CCTV, Telephone system, LAN, and Fiber Optic cables.
Witness Inspection for Fiber Optic Cable OTDR Testing and Splicing and Power Meter Testing.
Disseminate latest information to all the QC inspectors, replacing superseded documents. Reviewing
for the ECC walk-down RFI and attended during walk-down. Assigning of all QC inspectors in each
designated work area and each system and sub-system. Monitoring of any reports giving by the QC
inspectors and updating in the systems regarding their individual status of each system. Manage all
the priority and non-priority and discuss to all QC inspectors regarding the priority inspections.
Attend weekly coordination meeting of the client and owner for the development of the project.

Review ITPs submittal by contractors to ensure compliance
with project specifications. Perform surveillance, witness, hold point inspection on daily basis.
Performs QC surveillance of construction, ensuring that the work procedures as per project
standards. Conducting lighting inspection inside the PIB building and SWGR House Building, cable
Laying and Termination of lighting cables, MV Cables supply for 13.8 kV MV SGWR from existing
substation to the new substation. Responsible also for conducting inspection together with the PID
Inspector for Lighting Fixture and PVC coated conduit for outdoor installation corrosive area and
Hazardous and Non-Hazardous areas. Inspection for all grounding, such as EGB electrical grounding
bus bar located at the structural column and to ground all the structural column, equipment,
motors, JB etc. Cover Inspection of Power and Control cables for electrical, from equipment to
equipment, and ensure that the cable routing is as per drawing and as per cable route and all cable
tag number shall be provided on the cables. Implementing the Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard,
(SAES), Schedule Q, National Electrical Code (NEC), NEMA, and IEC. All the inspection should be
following the Aramco Standard. Witness Inspection for pre-commissioning DC Hi-Pot Test for MV
Cables supplied to 13.8kV MV SGWR, 15mins of Hi-Pot for armored (SWA) cables, as per Aramco
standard and procedure. Testing and commissioning inspection for electrical works such as
switchgear, MCC, transformer oil filed and dry type, and motor solo run test. Daily updating the RFI
Log and Monitoring of area to avoid major problem, and raise site surveillance if any discrepancy
found during site monitoring.

with project specifications. Perform surveillance, witness, hold point inspection on daily basis.

Conduct inspection for RGS conduit lighting system inside building and receptacle installation.
Receiving RFI from construction QC, and review prior for final inspection for panel pase frame support
prior for installation of all types of panels, such as UPS panel, switchgear panels, distribution panels.
Performed quality inspection for underground installation such as direct buried conduit, duct bank,
and grounding as per Saudi Electricity Company procedure standard. Performed quality inspection
of testing underground cable and grounding including process interface building. Inspection for
Lighting Panels and Lighting fixture in side Electrical building, above ground installation such as
primary and secondary cable trays system as per NEMA VE 2, and NEC 392, cable pulling / laying
and cable tray installation, grounding installation, CAD welding such as 180mm2 branch cable and
240mm2 main mesh cables, and also other branches grounding cable going to equipment, embedded
PVC conduit different sizes, installation prior for concreting inside the building or PVC sleeve in the
site manhole, grounding of oil type transformer at transformer yard such us 10MVA, 13.8/4.16kV,
60Hz, 6MVA, 3.5MVA, 3.15MVA, 2.5MVA, 1.6MVA, prior to concreting of transformer foundation.
Testing and commissioning inspection for electrical works such as switchgear, MCC, transformer oil
filed and dry type, and motor solo run test. Installation and Pre-commissioning inspection for
cathodic protection system for SACP and ICCP.

Review ITPs submittal by contractors to ensure compliance
with project specifications. Perform surveillance, witness, hold point inspection on daily basis.
Performed Quality assurance / Quality Control inspection as client representative in all Electrical
and Instrumentation construction activities. Ensuring that inspection complies with Project IFC
Drawings, Project specification and International standard Codes. Materials receiving inspection of
company supplied Electrical and Instrumentation materials along with Contractor QC prior to

installation. Making report any received material with deficiency and discrepancy or any
surveillances or non-conformances found in site. Inspection of power and Control cable on reel
continuity and insulation test prior to installation. Inspection of electrical and instrument cable tray
and conduit prior to cable installation, dressing of cables, installation of cable glands and cable pretermination.
Inspection for LV Transformer 11KV supply to PCC (Power Control Center), I.R Test for
the 400KV Step-Up Transformer for core test, Main Core Frame to Ground and main Core to Ground.
Visual inspection for checking the Shock Recorder for Step-Up Transformer to make sure the
shipment of transformer are not damage, to verify the shock recorder from the month and date of
ship until the arrival to site. Witness inspection for the Hi-Pot test of IPB Joint by Joint, as per project
specification injected voltage shall be 40KV, to make sure the capability of the IPB. Inspection for
Installation of the IPB (Isolated Phase Bus Duct) from the GT (Gas Turbine Generator to 400KV Step-
Up Transformer. Grounding Inspection for bare copper grounding cable 300mm2 main grid, to insure
the proper and correct manner of cad welding, and to check all the connection point is installed as
per IFC drawing and conform to the project standard or project contract. Inspection of the Lighting
Fixtures installation indoor and outdoor area and to determine the project specs for lighting installed
and as per IFC drawing, to make sure the correct IP rating of equipment are installed in a suitable
area, installation of conduit for lighting and fire and gas system, cable laying Electrical & Instrument
cables, for IEC 400KV for electrical cables from Main Step-Up transformer to Substation, installation
of transmitters, Gauges, Switches, and panels to ensure the quality of the works and installed as per
standard or as per project contract. Installation and Pre-commissioning inspection for cathodic
protection system for SACP and ICCP. Inspection installation of Cathodic Protection system for
underground buried metal pipeline and internal/external tank bottom using ICCP and SACP system.
Inspection for installation of ground bed like MMO (mixed metal oxide), MG (magnesium) anode,
HSCI (high silicone cast iron) anode or canister anode (deep ground bed), galvanic anode, Permanent
reference electrode cu/cuSo4 (PRE), also inspection for installation of Test Station, positive JB,
negative JB, Anode JB, CP cables for negative and positive bonding, and transformer rectifier.
Witness inspection for the potential/holiday test of anode and PRE, pipe to soil potential test, instant
off potential, off potential, on potential test. Soaking the anode and PRE in water for 24-hrs prior for
potential test then installation.

project specifications. Perform surveillance, witness, hold point inspection on daily basis. Performed

Resistance Testing (Megger test). High-Potential (Hi-Pot) Testing for high-voltage and medium voltage
cables. Grounding System Testing for Earth Resistance Test. Also Conduct a thorough visual and
functional inspection of light-weight vehicles before they enter the construction site.

for the final installation and final testing of fiber optics cables for the attenuation test (OTDR) of single
mode fiber. Equipment used for (OTDR) test ANRITSU and model No. MT9083A. Responsible for
inspection of plant paging system and fire alarm system, CMADA panels, data communication panels,
junction boxes, hotline panel and UPS for the telecommunication work, testing of copper cables for
telecommunication system, for Inplant paging system and fire alarm system, for gaitronics cables only
continuity test to be done, and for the supply power cables should be done the IR testing. Attended
final walk down inspection for system and sub-System number of the Package, to write up the final
punchlist that remain in the previous RFI’s. Responsible for all Pre-inspection of all instrument 13
installation in the plants. Daily site surveillance of electrical / instrument works which are in progress,
checking if construction is working according to client’s specifications, details, drawings. Preliminary
inspection of field instrument pedestals together with contractor’s inspector for any changes in
location and prepares punch list items. Ensuring that all installations have been carried out as per
project’s specifications and standards. (Sabic Engineering Standards & NEC). Conduct internal
inspection of impulse tubing & supports.

Review ITPs submittal by contractors to ensure
compliance with project specifications. Perform surveillance, witness, hold point inspection on daily
basis. Performed Quality assurance / Quality Control inspection as client representative in all
Electrical and Instrumentation construction activities. Daily site surveillance of electrical and
instrument works which are in progress, checking if construction is working according to Client’s
specification (SABIC standards), details, drawings and project’s quality plan. Preparation of
surveillance, inspection reports and submits to construction for action. Coordinates with supervisors
and foremen if not according to Client’s specifications details and drawings to avoid punchlist items.

to make sure it meets the requirements of project specifications. Responsible of assisting the
Engineering & Construction for Redline the drawing before inspection of the QC. On Metallic conduit
& fittings, cabinets & junction boxes, cable trays, cable ducts, low voltages & medium voltages
cables below ground installation. Responsible to check the location of the specified drawing prior to
inspection. Conduct Internal Inspection of Impulse Tubing & Supports. Compilation of documents
and test reports Verification of Field Instrument Installation as per issued P & ID. Rectification of
Dicipline Punch list per Area & System.
