Performing as in charge of Security Information & Reporting / Response Centre (SI&RC).
Gathering the information about the prevailing law and order situation and will pass on the same to the
concerned locations / managers /staff.
Preparing and maintaining up to date record of all security operations and activities in respective log books.
Operating all communication equipment and monitor TV/CCTV cameras for gathering the security information / reports.
Handling all other electronic surveillance / alarm systems installed at the Security Information & Reporting Centre (SI&RC).
Ensure safe custody and serviceability of the CCTV and allied electronic equipment installed in SI&RC.
Maintaining the video and audio cassette records in the monitoring station.
Handling all periodical reports and monitoring forms (soft/hard copies) and ensure timely submission.
Performing first line trouble shooting and maintenance work of the equipment installed in SI&RC.
Keep the manager informed about any serious problem / incident report from any location of AKU or offsite
Train newly selected inductees in the operation and manning of electronic surveillance / alarm equipment.
Provide Security assistance to the staff, in case of any need.
Carry out the initial / preliminary investigation of all safety & Security incidents occurred in the area of
responsibility.
Promptly report any incident, fire incident and / or theft to the manager / coordinator.
Exercise vigilance and see that no unauthorized person enters in the area of responsibility.
Assist security guards in public dealing and when assistance is suggesting by them
Assist and escort police and law enforcement personnel’s within AKUH premises when asked to do so by the
Manager.
Resolve day to day issues / problems regarding outsource security by coordinating concerned Service Provider.
To regulate ERT.
To monitor, assist and guide in resolving CC&D team’s problems.
Perform any other task assign by Manager.
To keep leasing with LEAs
To give clearance when asked / request by other department / supervisors.
Ensuring that all AKU / Departmental policies and instructions are followed in true spirit in his area of
responsibility.

To manage security of all 300+ branches of Bank Islami all over Pakistan.
To keep in contact with all the security companies for smooth performance.
To manage data of all the night guard-less branches of the bank.
To check complaints regarding I.T admin issues and forward it to the concerned department.
To keep in contact with staff of all the branches.
Live monitoring of all the branches through CCTV cameras.
Report issues regarding power and network failures to the concerned department.
Solve security issues that comes in our domain.
Provide guards where necessary.
I also supervise daily shift activities.
