As an accounts manager my job included over seeing various function of the accounts department and ensuring the accuracy and compactness of accounting data and record. Performing regular reconciliations on Accounts receivable and accounts payable and on Bank balances.
As an Overseeing Executive, apart from my basic finance department’s responsibilities and requirements, I am also looking after ACCOUNTS and AUDIT Departments.
Implementing S.A.P.in the organization. Preparation of new Chart of Accounts to be incorporated in
SAP and overseeing the reconciliation from previous software.
Reporting directly to CFO and CEO, Overseeing costing, budgeting and calculation of profits of different
segments of Business on daily and monthly basis.
Preparing Costing and Budgeting for the organizations investment decisions for opening new branches and money to be invested in the electronics products purchases.
Perform reconciliations on regular basis to ensure the accuracy of data
Statutory audit of companies in manufacturing and export oriented organizations.
The audit process included gaining knowledge of the business, reviewing the system
of accounting and internal controls, checking underlying documentation and records,
finalization of the financial statement in accordance with the IFRSs and formulation
of audit opinion
Collaboration and working with other team members of audit team.
Working as an Internal Auditor as part of Internal Audit services to Clients
Working closely with the accounts department to ensure the appropriate
Application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and
International Accounting Standards (IASs).
Advising directors on risk management issues regarding Health and safety
regulations, labor laws, international currency fluctuations and compliance with
the regulations of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
Advising top management to create a balance between receivables and payables
to avail free financing in working capital.
Was part of a team working closely with ERP consultants to implement ERP
Integration system in the company.
