 Project Management: Managed and Directed Server Infrastructure projects and IT assessments in Cluster Greater Middle East covering 13 countries and 16 sites with over 1300 users.
 Cost savings: Responsible for proposing and implementing cost-saving initiatives on existing infrastructure setups.
 SAP system: Responsible for managing and administrating SAP business operations and recommending solutions to Business Process drivers.
 Continuous improvements: Responsible for identifying gaps and weaknesses in the infrastructure and creating streamlined Process workflow to reduce supervisions.
Achievements:
I. Designed scalable technology solutions that cost-effectively increased services and performance
 Headed IT productivity project by successfully centralizing Server management operations from 16 market companies and successfully converted 200+ physical servers to virtual environment. This project resulted in huge cost savings of EUR 300, 000 annually.
 Successfully managed Global Business Role (GBR) Project in the organization which resulted in improved security, efficiency and productivity of SAP R/3 workflow processes and administration. This also resulted in quick ticket handlings and also reduced Business sensitive conflicts by a large number.

II. Lead technology infrastructure builds out projects at various international sites
 Headed project for consolidating more than 200 virtual Windows servers to around 95 and more than 50 SQLs to 10. Outcome was annual cost savings of more than 40, 000 Euros annually with improved management and efficiency in infrastructure.
 Designed 4 New Server rooms at Istanbul, Izmir, Cairo and Algiers along with improving existing data centres to revised benchmarks.

III. Successfully designed a Road-Map for the cluster MEA organization and managed its implementations
 Leveraging and upgrading Server hardware and software upgrades.

 Designing and Development: Designed, managed and developed server network infrastructure, backup strategy and disaster recovery for the entire site.
 Resource Management: Managed and secured resources by directing users, groups, implemented system policies, group policies and assigned permissions in the active directory
 Technical Support: Maintained service level agreements of resources in the data center, tested deployment of small virtual environment and managed cluster configuration of database nodes.
 Research and Evaluation: Deployed cliental user backups using Iron Mountain Connected Backup
 Installations: Deployed anti-virus servers and client version on all users’ systems using active directory.
 Configuration Management: Constructed network equipments in the data center including firewalls, routers and switches
Achievements:
 Managed Exchange and AD server 2003 migration by successfully centralizing Server operations to central domain. This project resulted in huge cost savings, high productivity and minimized Exchange server related operations.
 Lead a project of implementing ERP connectivity to remote branches in the country, this led to direct upload of sales and goods entry to the system.
 Successfully Implemented new Backup Strategy as per the industry standards. This also resulted in quick ticket handlings and faster restore of backups.
