• Monitor/supervise Employee’s services, that includes but not limited to, Profile creation, contracts, GSA requests, transfers, promotions, salary increases, loans, overtime, salary undertaking, company ID, disciplinary & EHS violations, final separation, & all types of leaves as per the Company policy & in accordance with the Saudi Labor law.
• Practices the common theories and principles of administration including employment, employee profile Integration, Labor Office Rules & Regulations, affirmative action, employee benefits, workers compensation, risk management; Demonstrates an ability to resolve problems.
• Understands the contribution and impact of HR practices on organizational success.
• Effectively implement policies and procedures.
• Handle, follow up and update on the assigned Admin projects.
• Provide SAP Monthly Workforce Reports after due verification of the generated statistical data.
• Provide multiple Analytical Reports pertinent to GSAs status, Employee Reports covering Financial & Non-Financial benefits, Disciplinary Action, Separation, and Turnover.
• Submit business visas to Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Prepare exit/re-entry visa application for the employee proceeding for annual vacation, process visit visa for employees going on business, etc.
• Arrange advertisements in newspapers.
• Prepare Contracts, Contract Renewals.
• Make preliminary interview for candidates and endorse the same to HR manager.
• Process employees’ final separation.
• Responsible for the employees’ health club registration
• Review employees leave and rejoin in the system.
• Reviewing and updating company policy and procedures with HR team.
• Gather, analyze, and organize the Admin metrics, conduct the comparative analysis, based on accurate data input, and present to the Human Resources Manager.

• Upgrades, installs and troubleshoots basic networking, hardware devices and software.
• Maintains inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of vendor activities.
