• Developed the design of a highly sculptural 9 floors condominium building in downtown Toronto. The project is complex because of irregular and varying floor plates. Studied plan options and exit stair configurations to layout the floor plates and locate the structural walls.
• Worked on the Design-Development and Contract Document phases of several prominent residential condominiums in Toronto and the Edmonton Police Services building in Alberta • Skilled in Revit and was keyperson in transitioning the office from AutoCAD to Revit.
• Delivered full Revit set for a condominium building, SQ in Alexandra Park for Tridel. Worked diligently to coordinate the building structure and the window wall system

• Ensured subcontractors’ and suppliers’ technical submittals comply with project specifications
