ICT Director’ responsibilities cover but not limited to:
- Handel day-to-day hotel ICT operation.
- Handel management technical inquiries and challenges.
- Prepare ICT Department annual budget.
- Handel FF&E approval and provide recommendations.
- Develop, test and maintain disaster recovery and contingency plan.
- Plan new systems implementation.
- Plan dated systems upgrade / migration.
- Develop, maintain and apply ICT “policy & procedures” and SOP.
- Manage and maintain relationship and agreements with software and hardware providers and supporters.
- In charge of selecting new ICT software and hardware components and configurations.
- Plan and monitor the ICT team personnel career development and succession plan.
- Conduct ICT Management training for the ICT Team.
- Develop standards and technical documentations related to new ICT system.
- Plan and manage hotel ICT projects which involves different departments.

دبلومة الدراسات العليا تخصص نظم المعلومات الإدارية والحاسب الآلى من كلية العلوم الإدارية بأكاديمية السادات للعلوم الإدارية. مدة الدراسة سنتان وعدد المواد الدراسية المقررة 12 مادة هى: 1- أساليب ومناهج الإدارة 2- دراسات البيئة 3- المحاسبة الإدارية 4- الاقتصاد الإدارى 5- الأساليب الرياضية والإحصائية فى الإدارة 6- نظم المعلومات الإدارية والحاسب الآلى 7- نظم المعلومات المتكاملة 8- البرمجة وتطبيقاتها بلغة الكوبول 9- تحليل وتصميم النظم 10- الأساليب العلمية لإتخاذ القرارات 11- نظم إدارة ملفات المعلومات وقواعد البيانات 12- تطبيقات على الحاسب الآلى
