 Responsible for monitor and control the Fire pump system, motors, sewage pump, electrical system, water system, ventilation and elevator control in the building.
 Responsible of the monitoring of the chilled water supply of the chiller going to the load for the FCU, AHU, FAHU.
 Maintenance and repair works of all mechanical and electrical heating and ventilation equipment ensuring the ongoing safe efficient running of the building.
 Maintain Schedule preventative maintenance of HVAC \[FAHU\], UPS, Electrical FDR, HV, MDB, Light DB, etc.
 Electrical trouble shooting of swimming pool cool and hot water system.
 Operating HVAC Through BMS Control & Trouble Shooting, Product: Honeywell (U.S.A)
 Maintenance and repairing of the Field Instruments such as Smart Transmitters like Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Level, Differential Pressure Transmitters …..etc.
 Loop checking of the DDC panel and trouble shooting.
 Maintained accurate records of inspections, maintenances and repairs.
 Maintained safe working environment for all staffs.
 Ensured that maintenance staff followed safety procedures.
