My responsibilities in MOI Were:
 I am the Technical IBM FileNet Manager for all MOI FileNet projects.
 Planning, Designing MOI FileNet projects.
 Installing, configuring and supporting enterprise projects in MOI.
 Creation Solution of installing or upgrading systems for MOI.
 Supporting FileNet Developers to achieve projects.

My responsibilities in EBLA Were:
 I am the team leader of ten IBM FileNet systems engineers.
 Installing, configuring and supporting enterprise projects in Qatar.
 Managing and organizing team tasks based on project plans and customer open cases.
 Responsible for all IBM FileNet Advanced issues in Qatar.
 Creation Solution of installing or upgrading systems for customers in Qatar.
 Supporting over than 25 IBM FileNet customers in Qatar ranging from small to large
sites.
 Supporting FileNet Developers to achieve projects.
 Supporting customers in Microsoft products, Symantec AVand Oracle.
 I am administrator of FileNet department domain and servers.

1. IBM FileNet products (P8 \{Content Engine, Process engine, Application Engine implementation both stand alone and high availability, configuration and troubleshooting\}, Content services, Image services, Eforms, Eprocess, email manager, Content services federation, IDM, Open Client, Capture\{installation and administration\})
2. IBM WebSphere application server network deployment (installation, configuration, clustering and troubleshooting)
3. IBM Domino Server, louts nots \{installation\}.
4. Microsoft systems (Win XP, Vista, MS Office, MS project, MS Visio, Win 2003, Internet Security and Acceleration(ISA), Exchange server, Rights Management Service, System Management server(SMS), SQL server and sharepoint 2007).
