Coordinating and leading the Business Support & Facilities Team in activities related to providing efficient business support and facilities management services and related administrative functions ensuring consistent standards.
• Support budgetary planning for the department in co-ordination with the Campus Director
• Supervising all security procedures and personnel and ensuring the smooth run of security plans and implementation of

• Coordinate with contractors in the maintenance of staff housing and related facilities like housing fitness studio etc
• Ensure optimum stock of stationeries, basic office equipments, and effective management of inventory and proper
documentation and records to be maintained for all transactions
• Ensure appropriate transportation arrangements for ADU guests, visitors, staff and faculties on requests from
authorized parties
• Undertake other relevant business support tasks as delegated by competent authorities and in liaison with Campus
Director
• Adhere to health and safety requirements while carrying out all duties and monitor the same for service providers
• Assist unit head in planning day to day operations, effective utilization of space resources while setting up departments
or re organizing current departments
• Inspect the quality of work by contractors, cleanliness of the office facilities and maintenance of all electrical and
mechanical equipments
• Supervise tasks allotted to BSF assistant, store assistant and receptionist at Al Ain
• Data analysis and reporting of the inventory, maintenance and space management
