• Responsible about Key server, Finance server, Call server, Backup server, Food and Beverage server, Front Office Oracle PMS server, Interface server

•Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problem.
•Assume remote control over customers’ computers when necessary to resolve problem.
•Working with field engineers to visit customers/employees if the problem is more serious.
•Help customers troubleshoot issues and provide actionable tips to resolve the problem.
