Responsibilities:
Sales
Welcome the visitors/Customers in the showroom and offer them PSA Cars by explaining them competitive advantages.
Prospect new customers and utilize existing customer, negotiate the sales deal, including offering trade-in value for the customer’s car and work on closing the sales through cash & finance companies or banks to maximize sales.
Demonstrate PSA cars and focus on the customer’s needs.
Upsell product such as accessories & service contracts.
Stay updated with all competitors offers and product features.
Follow-up and maintain the relationship with customers.
Customer Relations
Meet & great customers and qualify their needs & requirement and offer test drive to prospects to be able to build a positive and lucrative relationship with the customers.
Reporting
Monitor achieving of targets by the Department by preparing daily report for all daily activities on regular basis.
Learn about the products and services offered including sales conditions, return policies
and warranty.
Set goals for the sales department.
Analysis of market trends and various influences on customers.
Monitoring and monitoring competition and following up on developments periodically.
Find new leads and target segments.
Provide advice to customers regarding the product and follow up with them until the
completion of the purchase process.

Communicate with existing customers and work to attract new customers to the
organization.
Promote new products to existing and potential customers.
Analyze competitors and monitor and follow up the performance of the markets.
Follow up on delivery procedures, place orders and solve customer problems.
Distribute tasks to the work team and provide guidance.
Team training and suggestions to improve performance.
Preparing and submitting performance and sales reports.
Ensure the cleanliness and coordination of the showroom
Order of price list and offers on products
Make sure of the stock and order the products before they run out to improve the
performance of the sale
Sending financial reports to the accounting department
Welcoming customers, smiling in their faces and signaling to place their purchases in the designated place.
Complete the scanning process for all goods purchased by the customer without forgetting or repeating.
Complete packaging and place purchases in safe bags.
Issuing purchase invoices and delivering them to customers.
Apply all facility laws regarding gifts, discounts and purchase coupons, and the ability to explain them to
customers.
Conduct daily reconciliations to ensure that sales data is compatible with funds held in cash or in company
accounts
