Supervision and coordination of all MEP activities and design calculation too. I was involved from starting the project up to handover the client (Preparation the RFI, MS, MAS, SD review, MIR, IR etc till testing, Commissioning and OnM manual.) I have done several project like residential and commercial projects, Villas, high rise buildings). Air cooled & water filled chiller, district cooling system, CRAC unit in data center, Plumbing, FF (wet, dry, gas FM200, NOVEC 1230, deluge system, ) Compressed air system, Fuel system etc).

Coordinate & monitor all MEP activities (Mechanical, Electrical, Water, Plumbing, Drainage, Irrigation and Fire Fighting) HVAC DESIGNING, with their program schedule for proper flow of work on site which concerns the structural and architectural services.
Coordinate other issues with our Site Construction Manager, Technical Engineer, Document Controller, QA/QC, QS and Procurement.
Prepares and conducts (partly) MEP Weekly Progress Meeting with the Subcontractors.
Attends Consultant’s Technical Meeting with our PM, SCM, Co-staff and Subcontractors.

Handles complete installation of Variable Refrigerant Volume System. 38 FLOORS (WALL MOUNTED; Duct able unit Type and Ceiling Suspended cassette, HRV unit).
In-charge for the complete installation such as Smoke Exhaust System, Stair Pressurization and Toilet Exhaust System and Fan coil Units (Split type).
Other operations include installation of Ventilation System of Fans, Blowers, Air Washer, Kitchen Exhaust and Supply Duct as well as Toilet Exhaust Duct Prepares and conducts (partly) MEP Weekly Progress Meeting with the Subcontractors.
Attends Consultant’s Technical Meeting with our PM, Co-staff and Subcontractors.

Handles complete installation of Variable Refrigerant Volume System.
Handling the execution at site as per specification.
Measurement of installed Qty Billing.
Making RA Bill as per tender and certify the same from client.
Coordination with civil, Electrical & plumbing agencies.
Checking the contractor bill and certify the same.
Making Heat load Sheet & Quotation.
Ensuring always implication of ISO norms during installation of project.
Make sure all the execution work completed with proper implementation of all kind of safety measures related to work.
