I was involved from starting the project up to handover the client (Preparation the RFI, MS, MAS, SD review, MIR, IR etc till testing, Commissioning and OnM manual.) Air cooled & water filled chiller, district cooling system, CRAC unit in data center, Plumbing, FF (wet, dry, gas FM200, NOVEC 1230, deluge system, ) Compressed air system, Fuel system etc).
Coordinate & monitor all MEP activities (Mechanical, Electrical, Water, Plumbing, Drainage, Irrigation and Fire Fighting) HVAC DESIGNING, with their program schedule for proper flow of work on site which concerns the structural and architectural services.
Coordinate other issues with our Site Construction Manager, Technical Engineer, Document Controller, QA/QC, QS and Procurement.
Prepares and conducts (partly) MEP Weekly Progress Meeting with the Subcontractors.
Attends Consultant’s Technical Meeting with our PM, SCM, Co-staff and Subcontractors.
