• Scaled the NumberC digital channel from launch (KWD 0) to KWD 50, 000+ monthly gross sales with minimal
headcount and tight ad spend — owning category mix, pricing, bundles, and inventory depth decisions.
• Built and presented quarterly KPI reports to leadership covering revenue, AOV, conversion, returns, and
channel performance — including operational commentary on regional macro impact and Meta Ads pause
recovery.
• Worked in parallel with the marketing team on Meta Ads — providing operational input on inventory depth,
bundle availability, and SKU prioritization to support paid social campaigns and seasonal pushes.
• Designed data-driven product bundles for K18, premium haircare, and skincare brands using live SOH and SKU
velocity data — improving basket size and clearing slow-moving inventory.
E-commerce & Catalog Operations
• Standardized Shopify product titles, descriptions, and imagery across haircare, skincare, tanning, and body
care categories; managed full Arabic translations for all customer-facing content.
• Drafted and published bilingual customer-facing legal documents (Refund & Return Policy, T&Cs) aligned with
Kuwait consumer protection requirements.

Inventory, Supply Chain & Automation
• Architected a proprietary Auto-PO Push file in Excel covering 5, 295 SKUs across multi-branch operations —
with grading logic, REQ short-code parsing, warehouse stock checks, and pipeline overrides — eliminating
manual planning errors.
• Wrote Python (pandas, openpyxl) automation scripts for bulk pricing updates against a master VBA-enabled
inventory file on OneDrive.
• Executed Odoo vendor pricelist remediation at scale — corrected sequence numbers, default vendor flags,
price mismatches, and import errors across 10, 000+ SKU records.
Channel & Partnership Expansion
• Owned the Deliveroo Kuwait launch for NumberC — catalog onboarding, pricing logic, fulfillment integration,
and announcement coordination.
