I'm responsible for the communication across the region for IKEA stores frenchised by Al Futtaim Group
1. Contribute to deliver 360 Campaigns look and feel on activities in the Business Calendar by creating and delivering communication artwork packages 4 launches (Campaigns 360 communication approach)
and 2 Part Sale
2. Support Marketing team in delivering Marketing artworks to contribute to the sales objectives ( External communication)
3. Work with SO Com&In, Sales leaders, marketing and digital to agree and focus on regional priorities by develop solutions that present and communicate the IKEA product range in a way that reflects its width and depth and strengthens our low-price profile on all levels and through different touch points
4. Contribute to designing and implementing both physical and digital graphic design concepts that showcase the IKEA visual and verbal identity
5. Secure the alignment of our stores with global and regional priorities within the areas of responsibility. lead and inspire the store Graphic Communication Leaders to develop and implement store communication that secures one IKEA identity through a consistent graphic identity.
6. Secure communication needs are met in the customer experience by providing relevant content, in appealing and easy to understand formats
7. create communication that enhances the overall look of the messages to meet our customers in a more engaging way.
8. Create market specific communication solutions for all channels (including e.g. social media posts, promotion material, POS material etc.) supporting Commercial Calendar or based on a brief from local functions such as Communications, Marketing and digital.

10.Contribute to seamless shopping experience on our digital channels incl.
11. Support the marketing team to follow the IKEA Way for external communication and standards.
12. Support the IKEA FAMILY team to follow the IKEA Way for external communication and standards.
13. Secure the implementation of the IKEA Concept and protect the
IKEA Brand
14. Influence and coach the digital and marketing team to ensure communication needs during the customer experience are met, by providing relevant content, at the right place, in appealing and easy to understand formats
