● Building and maintaining excellent relationships with our partner restaurant.
● Regular discussion and activation of a portfolio of services that we offer to increase the order volume for our partners.
● Ensure that all internal and external relationships are professionally and appropriately managed.
● Closely interact with other members of the sales team.
● You will use state-of-the-art sales management tools to provide regular reporting at management level
Inside Account Manager
● Manage and enhance the B2B relationship with the partner restaurants through
regular and personal contact
● Develop familiarity with each restaurant’s business, including but not limited to:
services, customer demographics, ratings, points of competitive differentiation,
economic model, and revenue and profit drivers
● Renegotiate contracts with partner restaurants on a regular basis
● Present new product features to our partner restaurants
● Convince the best partner restaurants to join the corporate menu booklet
● Initiate and execute diverse co¬branded marketing campaigns after negotiating
exclusive deals with the best partner restaurants
● Ensure all partner restaurants maintain a high customer experience and follow up
with customer complaints and bad reviews
● Report sales management tools to provide regular reporting to the management
● Manage data for all partners in Salesforce.com, ensuring all communications are
logged, information is accurate and documents are attached. Prepare and analyze
sales pipeline reports and dashboards
● Analyze the overall performance of the partner restaurant and maintain their KPI's at
an optimum level: fail-rate, conversion rate, and reorder rate.
Participate in the integrated Commercial Planning Process (ICP is the annual planning process) through development of annual Customer Plans that support brand and channel plans.
Where directed, identify sales opportunities, networking and fact-finding and calling on and closing new accounts.
Manage execution of Pro-Vision agreements / contracts and perform visual audits of accounts, correct compliance issues, identify new sales opportunities.
Manage and penetrate customers at all levels and develop relationships with commercial and non-commercial accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives.
Prepare and deliver effective selling presentations that implement approved
Customer Business Plans and employ effective game theory and negotiating strategies.
Develop timely and accurate forecasts (volume and spend) for assigned accounts and revise throughout the year.
Managing a large team of people on event location, managing events and in charge of the marketing, planning, advertising, and monitoring all aspects related to the event.
Responsible for attending to switchboard, handling in and out mail and assisting Executive. Answering telephones and transferring calls. Receiving of incoming fax messages, mails and couriers. Assisting and substituting Office Manager in Administrative matters. Maintaining Data base for CV’S. Searching for qualified CV's. Scheduling and choosing qualified CV's. Assisting in Arabic typing such as letters, ministries forms and applications. Administrative support for HR & Admin. Manager & data. management as per requirement of HR dept. Conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys. Maintaining KTS website and showcasing KTS on social media. Providing General support to IT department. Basic support for other departments, as and when required.
