Responsibilities:
• Planning and coordination: planning and coordinating the medical organizations activities in refugee camps. This involves determining dates and locations for free medical days, coordinating with refugee camp authorities, and scheduling surgeries and medical procedures.
• Resource management: Overseeing the allocation of resources such as medical supplies, equipment, and staf to ensure that suficient resources are available to carry out medical activities efectively and eficiently.
• Staf management: Managing and humanitarian the medical staf involved in providing healthcare in refugee camps. This includes hiring and training staf and ensuring their compliance with medical procedures and protocols.
• Quality control: Establishing and enforcing quality control measures to ensure that all medical procedures and surgeries are performed safely and meet the required standards by writing analytical and technical sections of humanitarian-oriented monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) reports
• Collaboration and partnerships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with other organizations, medical professionals, and volunteers to facilitate collaboration and partnerships that support the medical organizations mission. This could include collaborating with local hospitals for surgical support or obtaining donations of medical supplies.
• Financial management: Overseeing the budgeting and financial management of the medical organizations activities in refugee camps. This involves monitoring expenses, managing grants and donations,

organizations objectives.
• Reporting and evaluation: Preparing regular reports on the medical organizations activities, outcomes, and challenges. This information helps in evaluating the efectiveness of interventions, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting to the mother organization and donors.
• Compliance and regulatory requirements: Insuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to medical activities, surgeries, and healthcare provision. • Organize transporting medical shipments cross boarders to South Syria (liberated areas) and coordinate between NGOs and Jordanian authorities.
• Check packing lists of medications, medical consumables, equipment, and devices to gain pass approval from authorities.
• Manage transportation process from out warehouse in Jordan to our warehouse in Syria and arrange the distribution process to the field hospitals and medical points in South Syria.
