• Customer Service: Provided customer service for technical and network related issues, help customers as much as possible to maintain great customer experience.
• Front line heroes: started as a first line tech support care for our customer related to network faults and handset feature issues. Main goal is to make sure customer is satisfied with our services and make sure we get the case resolved during the phone call
• Technical Advanced Care (TAC): After 1 year moved to the second line technical advanced support because of good knowledge and high performance.
• Responsibilities: As advanced technical care we are responsible for network cases to be delivered to the back office team, we help acknowledging the customer’s issue and seek 1st call resolution, we deliver the highest quality to our customers as this is one of our main concerns, we take care of following up with the back office team to get the full resolution for customers.
• Loan opportunities : was on loan for 2 months as a floor walker for new comers on the floor to help us maintain excellent customer service and make sure that our new employees get all the knowledge and help they need.
• 1st ranking on Advanced Tech support for 6 months
• Top 10 category for the past year
