Developed and accomplished the execution of the Procurement project for "My Clinic" as a complete brand New healthcare business in Saudi Arabia. Developed Dock to Stock strategy for all Medical & Non-Medical Equipment and aligned it with Bupa Worldwide Strategic Healthcare Sourcing & procedures.
Responsible for sourcing, procuring all Medical Equipment, Medical Supplies, Surgery & Laboratory supplies, supports all pharmaceutical purchases as well.
Member of the Capital Procurement committees dedicating all Medical Equipment needs & introduction in the hospital as well as during operation monitoring to ensure the proper delivery & implementation of the Committees outcomes.
Ensure that the all medical & Pharmaceutical purchases are carried out promptly and at the most competitive prices within parameters of the rules governing procurement.
Supervise the preparation and maintenance of department reports. Prepares periodic reports required.
Handel / Supervise the major tasks of purchasing in regards to:
Annual tenders / standing orders.
Internationally imported Medical Equipment & medications, solving all related MOH imported Permits difficulties through direct and effective communications with Saudi - FDA and international suppliers.
• Obtaining quotation locally & overseas.
• Negotiating with the local and international vendors to obtain advantageous terms & Conditions.
• Placing the purchase order.
• Following up the goods delivery and solving any problems related to the transactions.
• Preparing sheets for the evaluation, checking the requirement items against the vendor’s offers.
• Maintaining up to date records of suppliers items and transactions related documents
• Keep recording and monitoring the minimum and maximum level of all the items in coordination with the stock controller for the weekly consumption through weekly - monthly reports.
• Prepares periodic reports required
• Executing urgent requirements and needs.
• Processing the needed actions to manage expiration and over/dead stocks.
