Annual tenders / standing orders.
Internationally imported Medical Equipment & medications, solving all related MOH imported Permits difficulties through direct and effective communications with Saudi - FDA and international suppliers.
• Obtaining quotation locally & overseas.
• Negotiating with the local and international vendors to obtain advantageous terms & Conditions.
• Placing the purchase order.
• Following up the goods delivery and solving any problems related to the transactions.
• Preparing sheets for the evaluation, checking the requirement items against the vendor’s offers.
• Maintaining up to date records of suppliers items and transactions related documents
• Keep recording and monitoring the minimum and maximum level of all the items in coordination with the stock controller for the weekly consumption through weekly - monthly reports.
