Job description:

Responsible for The academy’s five branches in the following aspects:

Recruitment:

For the academy:

-Administering the recruitment process to include screening resumes/applications, interviewing and applicant skill testing.

-Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

-Conducting exit interviews to monitor the turnover rate & retain qualified employees.

Wasla project:

CTC academy conducted a deal for Wasla to recruit candidates for the following accounts: TE data, Microsoft, Tekcorner, Vodafone & other international accounts

-Screening resumes, interviewing & selecting qualified candidates for Wasla for the following positions: off shore call center agents, web designers, web developers, Technical Supports & Sales.


Payroll:

Following up on the attendance system (finger print).

Collecting time keeping documents to audit leave & excuse usage and overtime worked using various manual and reference materials to ensure compliance with applicable departmental rules, regulations & policies.

Providing departments and employees with payroll and personnel related inquiries.




Performance Management:

Introducing various parameters that measure the performance levels of the employees. Based on these indicators, the individual performance is monitored, judged and rewarded appropriately.

Personnel:

Ensuring that all documents in the employees’ files comply with documents needed as set by the labor law and social insurance.

Maintaining and updating all the employment & attendance records.

-Implementing and maintaining filing system.

Managing the finger print system.

Holding on all HR administration work.

Partnering with management on employee relations and conducting internal investigations.

Making sure that all the HR activities are in full compliance with the organization's rules and regulations.

Making changes in policies that will benefit the employees as well as the company.
Making recommendations to improve the HR related issues like salaries, allowances & work conditions.

updating the employees with the changes in the rules, policies, and procedures.

Handling all hiring issues such as employment contract, social insurance application, bank applications and the hiring documents with all new employees and maintaining it in the employee files.

Maintaining healthy relations with the employees and motivating them to achieve the mission of the organization.

Providing guidance and mediation on staffing and management issues.

Management relations:

Participating in management meetings.
Acting as an advisor & consultant to all managers.

-Preparing, revising and updating job descriptions that accurately describe job purpose, scope of responsibility & prerequisites.
- Preparing, revising and updating company profile and organization charts using Visio application.

-Updating the documentation of the HR department.
