Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Supervise overhauling, Preventive, Predictive, Shutdown Maintenance, Installation, Inspection and Commissioning of Turbo machines (Rotating Equipment) such as centrifugal, axial, and Reciprocating compressors, pumps, fans, gearboxes, blower, etc. and Static equipment.

Implements a wide variety of engineering solutions to increase equipment availability, increase net operating rate, reduce operation losses, and achieve standard and acceptable reliability rates.

Responsibilities as a front-line supervisor for leading a crew of technicians for daily maintenance jobs including job planning, work orders, pending jobs listing, troubleshooting all types of rotating equipment like pumps, compressors, steam turbines, blowers etc., Working experience in attending all types of maintenance jobs in high-pressure static equipment such as boilers, heaters, and exchanges. Also involved in regular maintenance, repair and revamps, contracts and shutdown planning.
