Following up the implementation of the projects in the area, and responsible to deliver the project to the owner within the approved budget and within the standards of company.
- Starting with kick off meeting for the project and then following up the actions.
- Review projects tasks and resource requirements.
- Create a WBS with the site engineer to be given to the planning so they can do the time schedule.
- Follow up with the design team to have the final architecture design to get the approval from the end user.
- Confirm with the design team that the drawing is applicable to be executed in the site.
- Close follow up between the quality control and the contractor to make sure that all the MEP drawings are approved for construction.
- Follow up with implementation team to get the approval on material and the outsourcing material from the end user.
- Follow up with implementation engineer that the works are executed in the site as per the AFC drawings.
- Help to improve the project quality in coordination with QC team.
- Share regular progress reports and requirements for labors, materials, machinery and equipment for the assigned projects and send them to High Management.
- Define quality expectations and targets in coordination with QC team.
- Responsible for guiding & supporting projects team.
- Assist PMO manager to accomplish the project goals on time.
- Participate in periodic Meeting with the Owners, Subcontractors, Client and Consultants to monitor and coordinate all phases of the assigned project.
- Ensure Client's specifications and requirements are implemented according to (P.O and approved BOQ).
- Track projects deliverables in coordination with operation team.
- Coordination with the sales team and the operation to get the items on time.
- Handle the communication of financial issues, project expense, payment release, Change Orders, and prepare the necessary documents for the collection issues.
- Rising/reviewing payments certificates.
- Reviewing quantity survey.
- Handle the correspondence of the site engineers inquiries & give them resolutions on time in order to match the Client satisfaction.
- Arrange all the visits for the suppliers’ teams.
- Work on closing the project, prepare the lessons learned report, and finalize the Snag list on the mannerly time till handover the project to the Service department and to the Client.
- Manage all the snag lists from the projects to be done on time.
- Send to the planning the detailed and progress report which are received from implementation team after audit.
- Consultation and site visit with QC, Design and sales team for new/future projects.

Under general direction, supervises, development and implementation of the project. Develops to meet future client needs, international medical standards, and customer requirements. Projects cover the renovation and build up of operating theaters, intensive care units, emergency rooms as well as total hospital renovation through integrated, customized environments, experienced planning, design and implementation. No outsourcing for project implementation except for minor civil works which is directly supervised by project supervisor which ensures optimal and prompt project delivery with no delay and technical knowhow team to follow up and coordinate with. Certified to install, maintain, and repair products on behalf of Karl Storz, Maquet, and Getinge.

- Handles project from take-over stage from the sales department to hand-over to customer and After Sales Department.
- Ensures proper execution of installation works by maintaining highest installation and safety quality within allocated budget.
- Follows up on the installation process to ensure adherence to standards, timely work progress, accurate product specifications and customer satisfaction.
- Conducts regular site visits and ensure customer's proper implementation of installation requirement and safety process.
- Prepares and updates the works planning schedule in accordance with the customer's actual site status and progress.
- Handles the on-site preparation of all material needed for installation.
- Plans and supervises technicians' installation work
- Provides technical oversight and coordination of project engineering work; through project coordination meetings and other means, monitors progress against project schedules and budgets; recommends allocation of resources as required to accomplish goals.
- Prepares and updates project engineering procedures including description of the project administration process and contract documentation guidelines; ensures projects are implemented in accordance with District purchasing, Request for Proposal (RFP) and contracting procedures as well as Design team, Finance, and Operations.
- Reviews inspection reports and assists in resolution of problems; authorizes or recommends change orders and claims resolution; represents District in implementation dispute resolution meetings.
- Plans, organizes and directs an effective project implementation according to engineering specifications, requests for proposals, contract documents, and design drawings;
- Plans, assigns and supervises the work of subordinate staff;
- Presents technical information to nontechnical audiences
- Prepares and provides product demonstrations and training for clients
- Promotes and maintains a positive relationship with client’s technical staff and departments to support the successful implementation of products

- Originate in house documentations (modification, special checks & technical bulletins) to improve performance, reliability & rationalize cost of maintenance without compromising airworthiness requirements and rules.
- Assist maintenance department in the resolution of defects & review of rectification action to ensure applying the best solution & always be in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Carry out in depth significant defect analysis; incident investigation and review and assess aircraft reliability.
- Study manufacturer's documents such as service bulletins, service letters, operator information telex (OIT) and all operator wire (AOW) as well as airworthiness directives & raise the necessary engineering order to cover those that need to be implemented.
- Appraise technical products & equipment to be used on MEA fleet.
- Maintain liaison with manufacturers, maintenance providers & overhaul facilities relating to technical matters.
- Assist Sales & Marketing department in analyzing requirements for MASCO customers.
- Handle, monitor, and report in Flight Entertainment System (IFE).

Inventory Control Management:
Using Aircrafts Maintenance and Spares Information System (AMASIS):
- Validating and reporting all Goods Receipt.
- Validating and rating all sales invoices.
- Validating, vetting and reporting all invoices received.
- Working and validating interchangeability.
- Issuing payment vouchers to effect normal, advance order settlement of invoices and report any price discrepancies.
- Validating and reporting any stock adjustment.
- Working on Material Types Code change and on Aircraft Affectivity.
- Validating and reporting any scrapping and shelf life items.
- Managing, reconciliations the annual inventory and produce the yearly stock’s valuation reports.
