Project: DAMAC Towers By Paramount Hotels & Resorts
• Managing the project from concept to launch
including team chartering, project planning, budget management and project communication
• Supervising the sub contractual agreements to insure proper budget allocation
• Managing the office & site team comprising 100 personnel

• Guiding the QA/QC Engineer to submit IR’S on time and ensure rectification of consultant’s comments for necessary approvals
• Managing monthly invoices to insure covering executed works percentage
• Full coordination with the in-house joinery factory to ensure production synchronization with project milestones

• Managed projects from initiation to delivery with a total budget of 24 Million DHS
• Obtained the necessary authorities approvals for execution
