Duties & Responsibilities
Provide support to department by coordinating daily activities and communicating with other department. Oversee operation of dept. & functions.
Routine Administration works required in day to day function of the organization.
Producing reports weekly, monthly & annual. Reporting to dept. manager
Assists in preparing memos, letter, e-mails, Invoices, quotations, purchase orders, bill of quantities, scope of work, tender invitations & contract documentation.
Coordinating with tender committee for list of bidder, its evaluation & process
Filling & controlling documents (incoming/ outgoing mails distribution)
Resolving problems, monitoring daily operation & accomplishing activities on time. Greeting internal/ external stakeholders. Managing facility, reception & food
Attending phone calls and telephonic conversations & making presentations.
Multitasking, Good relation with management, manager, staff & coworkers
Updating time/ spread sheets, payroll, receipts & payments with co. software.
Financial planning, budgeting, control and implementation of company policies.
Manage minutes of meeting/ agendas. Arrange travel/ transport & hotel bookings.
HR issues; leave appraisals, salary, allowances/deduction, compensation & benefits, accommodation. Recruitment, interviews & induction/trainings.
Follow up requests approval/ rejection. Tracking activities,
Consult IT dept for office automation & reporting errors in systems
Present (Duties & Responsibilities)
Updating both manual & computerized a/c payable and receivable
Attendance, registration and creating employee payroll of small business organization.
Generate account statement by software.
Creating report by utilizing Word & Excel.
Product query through catalogues and brochure for new house architecture.
