Providing comprehensive psycho-social counseling to clients who have experienced war trauma, torture or SGBV.
Provide assessment, individual and group counseling
Work closely with database staff to ensure quality reporting
Ensure all work with client confidential and that ethical practice are observed
Engage in self-care throw supervision, debriefings, and other shared sessions
Work with children, families and caregivers to implement the actions determined through planning to bring
about thechanges necessary to ensure the safety, stability and development of the child.
Conduct safety planning with clients, working in collaboration with the client’s family (if/when appropriate) and other
agencies to manage the identified risk.
Evaluate client satisfaction and quality of care provided.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management staff as required.
