• Developed and executed a comprehensive communication and referral strategy for the organization, resulting in improved coordination and faster response times
• Oversees deadlines, workflow, meetings, and appointments relevant to the project.

• Managed cases in need of external referrals, ensuring they were referred and followed up with external partners in a timely and efective manner.
