RTA Dubai is considered one of the most reputed organization in the field of Traffic and Transportation in the world, and being part of this organization has empowered my project management skills, software architecture and business analysis.
interacting with different stakeholders and technical teams has added to my experience a new level of exposure to big projects and public oriented solutions.
My role as a project manager can be briefed in the next points:-
- Managing various IT Projects from initiation to delivery and operations.
- Working on building business cases and feasibility studies for new demands, and managing the tendering process until the succesfull awarding of the project.
- Aligning the architecture design to business requirements and scope and size the hardware requirements.
- Verifying and approve projects milestones and deliverable ( BRS, SRS, SAD, UAT, and GoLive)
- Managing the Application SLAs, Incident management and related CRM Cases.
- Preparing RFC, variation orders, and change requests.
- Managing and assessing the systems compliance(Application Governance Framework) and Compliance to Information Security standards.
- Managing and Respond to Customer Queries and Complaints.
- Manage CAPEX and OPEX for the projects.
- Managing systems enhancements, integrations and retirements
