STOCK CONTROLLER @ SAUDI DUTY FREE

• Control the warehouse stocks especially food items with expiry update details
• Managing staffs to perform well as avoiding damages and shortages
• Handling with Saudi customs dept and co operating for smooth operation in the work
• Receiving goods from the shipment air, local, sea and road with customs support
• Co ordinate the all work with staffs and shops
• Dispatching the goods as by requested quantity from the shop
• Every weeks preparing expiry updating details in excel and first priority give to the near expire items
• Good and neat communication with head of departments and accepting advises

1. Creating new items /classes / categories etc.

3. Creating and changing brand name, vendor for all required items.

5. Creating all Receiving.
6. Changing sale price of all required items.
7. Managing Free Good Setup.
8. Transfer Items / creating Request orders for vendors.
9. Providing all kinds of Reports to Management as per requirement etc.
