Working as General Manager of Yamaha India Dealer, Wayanad District at Kalpetta City.
New Yamaha bykes and scooters sale, Service center and Spare parts. Control and maintain the complete process, to run the company. Its a heavy duty to Manage the staffs and get more productivity. Manage the inventory team to take, the physical stock and compare with system stock. Assign the Sales and Service team for daily duties, and plan activities and promotions to increase sales.
Controlling incoming and outgoing stock, deliveries and logistics
Monitor stock levels and carry out periodic stock takes
Follow up for the customs clearance with broker, transport companies and freight forwarders
Communicating with clients for the timely purchase order and delivery.
Coordinating with merchandisers to achieve maximum sale for new product.
Preparing Purchase orders for stock to reach it timely.
Complete paperwork for goods movements in and out
Record all stock movement and deliveries in database and prepare weekly reports.
Conduct annual physical inventory for stock auditing and compare with system stock.
Supervise all staff, and preparing monthly rosters and leading staff evaluations
Interview prospective employees and train new staff members
Supervising the complete Warehouse transactions and maintaining the stock movements within the warehouse by the system, and assign the team for daily work.
* Post the new shipment details to the system "Retail Pro".
* Print the distribution plan (printing bar-code labels also for some brands) and give to a team for the pricing and distribution work.
* Upload scan data to system and creating transfer slips for delivering the goods.
* Generating the final discrepancy report and follow up with insurance section and suppliers.
* Entering all the transaction summery (Receiving and Transferring) in a excel file, which is giving accurate movements of the stocks, in and out easily.
*Supervising the two warehouses and data entry staff.
*Managing the bar-code pricing and distribution process to the Retail outlets (around 500) kingdom wide.
* Also follow up to send the exporting items to some GCC countries (UAE, Egypt, Bahrain, Kuwait and Lebanon).
Inventory controlling by the Network system. Barcode processing, Receiving and transfer report providing, scan items for the PO stock updation, daily delivery controlling and updating in to the system "STORIS" (Stock Orientation and Reconciliation Inventory System) Network.
Handling Product, stock and movements :
The most famous brand furniture, Spring Mattresses and comforters. Also different kind of plants, flowers, curtains and rods, pillows, candles, aromatics etc..
Supervising for the new shipment receiving, and scanning to post to the system immediately, and reporting the discrepancy. Also participating with the annual inventory, doing by the audit team.
Worked as a Warehouse Manager during the period of Manager's vacation in Jeddah & Madeena.
