RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establish, Implement and manage integrated detailed schedules on Primavera P6, monitoring and reporting of multiple projects at a time.
• Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as engineering documents, Procurement, fabrication and construction of all disciplines. Analyze, highlight and propose corrective actions for any deviations.
• Participate in internal and external project meetings and present the current and forecasted status of Ongoing Projects, resource requirement, future targets, and comparisons with contractual baseline, any internal and external bottlenecks and effective resolution.
• Close coordination with contracts to resolve any contractual matters and variation claims.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the leadership, management, supervision and guidance of the day-to-day operations of Planning and scheduling personnel working at different projects and establishing fit-for-purpose and effective project control practices, procedures and processes within Organization.

• Preparation of monthly invoices, revenue forecasts, budgets and cash flow statement
• Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and interfaces between functional team and project team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Evaluate and review of bid documents, specifications, scope of works and drawings to recognize the scope
• Submit queries on the technical and commercial aspect of the proposal, Conduct site visits & job-ex meetings
• Identify and source out any sub-contract / specialized work items and analysis for techno- economic feasibility report
• Preparation of resources’ requirement, cost estimate, schedule and final tender's technical and commercial proposals

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Become thoroughly familiar with Scope of work, Budget, Preparation of WBS, OBS and their mapping
• Development and Maintenance of Integrated Schedule on Primavera P6 for execution in line with contractual schedule
• Prepared Deployment of key Resources; manpower, equipments, consumables and their monitoring
• Update activities in P6 Plan; generating rolling look-ahead plans based on updated Plan and work front availability status
• Inform of the progress in the form of graphical and tabular reports, Histograms and S-Curves, work priorities and anticipated delays; Prepare critical path analysis; and to suggest timely corrective action for achieving project objectives
• Analyze time and Progress impact due to any revision of schedule by the client or by the project team itself
• Monitor key parameters like Labor Efficiency, Productivity, Equipment utilization and booking of man-hours
• Maintain and Analyze Cost and Progress trends, suggest corrective actions and development of Recovery plan and LF budget
• Using Earned Value Analysis to prepare Project KPIs and Executive Reports for the management
• Preparation of technical queries and variation orders / change requests upon deviation of Scope
• Review all drawings, Preparation of BOQ and BOM and Materials management & control
• Field Engineering and document controlling, preparation of as built drawings / BOMs and reporting monthly invoices
• Procurement and Subcontracting, Supervision of subcontractor, keep track of his progress and conduct meetings with him on his activities including design and execution issues
