Responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting the IT communication networks to ensure the smooth operation of the communication network in order to provide maximum performance and availability for the end user
Configuring SITATEXT for Saudia Airlines.
Install OS and required application with SITA for GACA.
Working as part of a team and operating in a fast paced, changing and challenging 24x7 environment.
Network connectivity troubleshooting, ping, tracert, telnet.
Investigating, diagnosing and resolve all network problems.
Upgrading and repairing faults on CIS systems, networks & peripheral equipment.
Working with multiple technical platforms i.e. mainframe, two-tiered client-servers

PLANING AND INSTALLING LAN - WLAN, REPAIR PC - LAPTOP -PRINTER INSTALL SOFTWARE AND UPDATE FOR SURVEY DEVICE INSTALL AND UPGRADE OS FOR ALL PCs & LAPTOPs
