- Work on wide-variety of projects from design phase to implementation.
- Study the clients’ general infrastructure and provide suitable solutions on-cloud.
- Provide consultation on the clients’ current legacy systems.
- Prepare technical solutions proposals based on the information gathered and studied.
- Maintain and monitor a cluster of servers (Windows & Linux environments) on a daily basis.
- Administer mail servers.
- Troubleshoot and debug wide-variety of issues, from network, DNS, to server-related technicalities.
- Perform remote troubleshooting sessions with the company's corporate clients.
- Working on different hosting management platforms: Plesk, WHM, WHMCS and cPanel.
- Working on Microsoft 365 from planning to migration execution.
- Plan and migrate medium-sized corporate’s email systems (+ 500 users) from on-premises servers to the cloud (Microsoft 365).
- Deliver and deploy Microsoft Azure instances (Virtual Machines, Databases).
- Acting as a first line technical support for the company's corporate clients.
- Meet walk-in clients, discuss and debug their technical difficulties.
- Receive the clients' complaints thru phone calls, emails and tickets.
- Troubleshoot the client's network, web hosting and email protocols issues.
- Generate leads by conducting market research and acquiring new clients.
- Determine the client’s recruitment needs and provide a suitable solution accordingly.
- Conducting meetings with clients on semi-daily schedule.
- Track and log all sales activities on a centralized CRM system.
- Acting as a first line technical support for the company's corporate clients.
