• Initiated the timely execution of Multistorey Hotel tower project in which responsible for all major finishing works including Block/Plaster works, Tile works, False Ceiling works, Ceramic/Marble works, Painting works, Carpentry works, Snagging/De-snagging works and other Interior design works.

• Initiated the timely execution of Dubai Supreme Courts project within budget; implemented cost control strategies such as Value Engineering for site infrastructure
• Coordinated for Automated Car Park Building for levels, plumb, measurements, co-ordinates to ensure proper installation of machineries for automation system
• Initiated daily/weekly site visits with all site staff & safety induction

• Designed above buildings by Etabs, SAFE, Prokon software and prepared structural drawings in CAD
• Also all site inspections, supervision, management, Execution, Co-Ordination carried out for above listed projects
• Authorized to get all permits & NOC’s from different Authorities like DEWA, RTA, DM, ETISALAT
