• Acknowledged client’s inquiry and prepare technical offer to client with the best price and make a follow up call to confirm if they have receive our offer.
• Acknowledged client’s LPO once received and prepare input in the system and make all the necessary procedure.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales before sending the quotation to client.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Product range such as Winch, Marine Anchor Chains, Deck Equipment, Pneumatic Fenders, Fibre Ropes etc..
• Checking in the system for any follow up to be made and call client to request for feedback.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Prepare sales reports once a every week for any potential order and awarded jobs to be submitted to accounts department.
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
• Coordinate with the outdoor Sales Managers once enquiry was received handled by them and inform to meet the client whenever there is a potential order.
• Sourcing out items to different suppliers for non- stock items.
• Make comparison sheet and check the least price and best offer including availability and delivery time that will suit client’s requirement.
• Issuing PO to supplier either locally or abroad.
