• Purchases (Imports):- Source for new suppliers, Get quotation from different suppliers, coordinate with quality department if received samples from suppliers, suggest best suppliers with offer and then release Pos, communicate with suppliers on day to day basis for existing products, new products, offers, dispatch consignments details (Copies), amendment in documents if needed to consignment shipped, etc. Look into issues where less or bad quantity if received from suppliers and get reimbursement for same.

• Logistic:- Arrange for shipping agent if import purchase is FOB. Get rates and then issue LPOs (Quotation Signed by Management) to shipping agent, keep track on each consignment shipped by suppliers with shipping agents, prepare shipping import report list to keep detailed tracks (Products, Supplier Name, Amount US$ and KD., Shipping Agent Name, Date Of Dispatch and ETA of container). Coordinate with logistic department to clear documents from bank and port. Update Accounts Department with notes of arrival of consignment and amount to clear consignment and DO's of Shipping Agents.

• Sales:- Prepare reports on sales (Monthly \{Quantity & Value Wise\}) (Kuwait, UAE & Oman). Coordination with Kuwait, UAE and Oman distributors (Marketing & Sales, targets, returns and common complaints).
