Monthly closing of books of accounts.

Prepare petty cash, receipts, payments, journal vouchers, issue & record credit note & debit note.

Perform intercompany Reconciliations.

Managing overseas branch petty cash in multiple currencies.

Prepare and ensure accuracy, completeness and timely preparation of all balance sheet reconciliations

Check statements of employees for any deductions or additions for salaries and commission

Prepare foreign supplier and local suppliers online payments transfer.

Recording of foriegn supplier costing.

Preparation of monthly balance sheet account Reconciliations, Bank Reconciliations.

Ensure that accounting of various business transactions are done on time and as per relevant policies.

Coordinate and support Finance with relevant information and reports

Supervise the activities of one or more junior team members

Directly Reporting to finance Manager.

Chartered accountant student with CPT (entrence Exam ) cleared & appreared for IPCC - CA.

Meeting clients to identify their needs and liaising regularly with them;

Working as Internal & external auditor at client place;

Visiting for outiside audit at different state at client company and complete audit in limited time period;

Data entry and another accounting work on tally ERP.9 & Excel;

Work in Excel for some project's in detail;

Working with different content Management systems & many more.
