 Managing medical claims and delayed medical approvals.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:

 Negotiated and sealed the deal of the medical and life insurance of Al Ansari group 2011.
11.11% increase in the Annual Premium while the market indicated to 20%+ for the group premium rates.
 Implemented a system of giving the annual increment with connection to the performance along with the total mass of the monthly salaries in the light of the salary scale which raised the satisfaction rate at the employee survey while keeping the increment cost in a low level.
