Working in the payday loan department, the industry has seen massive changes in which have been a struggle to overcome. My job role consists of making sure my staff and business is constantly developing and moving forward with no damage to be done to the identity of the company alongside training my staff to develop themselves and maximise their opportunities within the organisation.
