-Preparing promotional materials and displays
-Overseeing pricing and stock control
- Responsible for Managing the Production Plan for all Baked Goods
- Managing, leading and training a team of three retail assistant
- Conducting a full stock inventory for all the three branches and the warehouse stock.
-Responsible to ensure all food items are packaged as per standards and UAE regulations
- In charge of the merchandising for the three outlets according to brand requirements and guideline.
