North American Services Center, established in 1986, is an immigration office, which specialized mainly in the immigration to Australia, Canada,
US and UK. NASC’s headquarter is in Dubai and has established a strong presence throughout the MENA region. On my capacity of legal
consultant, I am dealing with the following:
Assist onboarding clients in preparing their case for immigration, credential evaluation and registration with governing body
Advise, provide guidelines to clients and update them on the rules and regulations related to Canada/Australian/UK immigration
Prepare the case file of clients for immigration & arrange all required documentation and payment prescribed by office of citizenship
and immigration by the governing body
Review and asses’ forms and documents including business financial statements before submission
Check the client’s source of fund to ensure compliance with AML requirements (Investors Visa)
Submit of client’s files to respective visa office or governing body after all verification process
Handle complaints of the clients and maintain a strong relationship with all clients
Prepare clients for immigration interview
and advice to the entire Group (including Property, Commercial, Media Hub, Post Production, Finance,
Operations, Corporate Affairs and Marketing, HR, Health & Safety and Technology departments) and its various businesses and
subsidiaries
Supporting the General Counsel in providing advice to the Board of Directors
Support for General Counsel relating to contractual negotiations and other specific ad hoc projects including legal research, drafting,
administration, and instructing external law firms when necessary and managing legal spend
Assist with the satisfactory conclusion of any actual or potential litigation matters and insurance claims
Support in managing the Group’s trademark portfolio, breaches list and infringement actions
Maintain and administer contracts and standard terms for and with the Group’s suppliers, customers, international partners and service
providers and assist in maintaining standardized group-wide terms and conditions and their integration into work practices
Assist with the Group’s compliance with key policies such as anti-bribery, anti-slavery, data protection and internal contract approval
processes, drafting such policies and ensuring they are up to date and liaising with external law firms where necessary
Assist with company secretarial work for the Group and general departmental administration
To handle recovery related cases pertaining to the region and to initiate legal action for all such cases;
