(Corporate, Banking, Construction, Employment, Property, Agencies & Distributorship, Commercial debts and Intellectual Property disputes).

• Handling the matters belongs to the significant clients, whether in the local or international market.

• Drafting and preparing legal documents, statements of claims, memorandum of defence in Corporate & Commercial, Civil and Labour disputes

• Providing legal opinions and legal researches for Al Tamimi’s clients.

Deliver legal advise on all kinds of Contracts / Agreements, and ensure the negotiations, executions or terminations of any contracts/ agreements are in complaint to the Company business practice, policy & procedures.

• Assist the management in developing it’s short and long term vision.

• Review/draft contracts/agreements related to the group, or its affiliates and subsidiaries to safeguard the group interests. i.e ( Franchise, distributorship, Agency, MOU, NDA etc).

• Interfacing with 3rd parties and suppliers on legal matter related to the group and sister companies.

• Representing the group before governmental entities and Manpower offices.

• Managing litigation matters; supporting Human Resources on employment issues; and advising operations team.

• Ensure that the group is up to date with the current and existing laws on corporate related matters, tenders, commercial and civil laws.

• Revise legal translation as and when needed.

Drafting, reviewing and translating various contracts and templates such as (Purchase, brokerage, Lease Contracts, official authorizations for transfer property ownership etc...).
• Drafting legal opinions and memos.
• Follow up and reviewing with our branches the AML Documents for the UK.
• Follow up the Title Deed p legal proceedings and Point of contact between HMG Properties headquarters in Kuwait & subsidiaries in (Dubai, Bahrain, Lebanon, and Egypt).
• Representing LINCA law firm & HMG and Holding meetings with highly negotiations skills with the clients.
• Helping and coaching group of paralegals for all legal documents related to real estate field such as contracts, authorizations, etc.

• Drafting court memos and contracts.
• Registration of Trade Marks.
• Handling the commercial litigation, civil and labour cases.
• Revising and translating Contracts.
• Reporting to: The Office Owner.

I was a trainee in litigation department for all kinds of criminal procedures, during these period I have gained a lot of experiences such as drafting legal memos and a lot of soft skills regarding legal work in criminal side.
