This internship we learned and had gained more perspectives about the Canadian job market. I gained required experience especially the Canadian full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, orientation / training of new hires, performance appraisal, and digital marketing. Some of the soft skills for success in the program are collaboration, interpersonal, multi-tasking, time management, flexibility, effective communication, and problem solving skills.
