Managing complete IT Operations of International Mill Co. with below mentioned responsibilities;
- Developing and overseeing SMART metrics for hardware, software, and storage
- Supervising employees, hiring members, and handling employee concerns and performance

- Provide sales and opportunity forecast and ensure forecast and pipeline accuracy
