• Implementing KOFAX Control Suite (Secured & Centralized - Document solution) from onboarding software in POC to production stage in Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) project.
• Managing 10 Microsoft 2019 enterprise servers (VMs) with integration of KOC Microsoft SQL 2019 Cluster infrastructure in a High-Availability environment (using F5 NLB).
• Securing archived documents from Scan/Print/Copy using DocuWare Encryption solution for Data-at-rest on KOC SAN-Storage.
• Pro-Actively using Device Management Solution (Ricoh Streamline NX V3) for getting centralized monitoring of KOC owned Ricoh MFPs.
• Documenting & reporting every phase to KOC Management and making sure that project is adhering to KOC Tender compliances.
• Training KDT-KOC team on IBM-ITSM, KOFAX CS, DocuWare, Streamline NX V3 & on troubleshooting using centralize web-console for 350+ machines spread across whole Kuwait in KOC premises.
• Installing MFDs in 350 locations all over Kuwait and connecting them to KOC network & servers.
• Making Monthly Reports for calls received monthly on ITSM portal.
• Using IBM-ITSM to keep track of Incidents/Work Orders/Service Requests and quality of resolutions done, while ensuring to progress iteratively with feedback.
• Managing 2012/2008/2003 server mixed Environment using Exchange server2013, SQL2008, Terminal Server and Domain Controller.
• Installed & maintaining firewall Fortinet 60D.
• Using Group policies for preventing employees from using Control panel, Desktop properties, etc. & using quota systems for efficient use of company resources.
• Trained less experienced technicians and support specialists on system configuration, client access, and troubleshooting skills.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs.
• Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions violation
• Perform regular OS patching and updates for Servers and Desktops.
• Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media and is sent off site as necessary.
• Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
