•Coordination with the customers to pay the amount due.
• Making all Sales accounting.
• Follow up the receivable accounts.
• Responsible for returns and move items in the goods.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Inventory controlling.
• With the managers planning the next company phase.

• Allocate all the payments received during the period.
• Prepare the list of co-customers in receivables and payables with outstanding balance
• Co-ordinate between Credit department and Accounts Department of the co-customers Reconcile the receivables with payables to recommend offsetting
• Reconcile Accounts Receivables wherever necessary
• Prepare reports of outstanding accounts for each debtor at the end of each month / period And analyze the “on account” of AR aging report to maximize the allocation
• Coordinate with all Divisions and customers for allocations prior to each period
• Ensure that the payments received have complete details in order to allocate correctly
• Ensure that all the payments for the period are allocated in full, and if not provide explanations to the Credit Controller.
• Coordinate with Collectors, Cashiers, Accounts Department and the Divisional Administrators for any issues relating to invoices.
HR Duties
Identify and coordinate with advertising agencies to publish job advertisements
Coordinating HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines, and implementing procedures and applications.
