Key Accountabilities, Duties and Tasks:
1- Information Management (collection, compilation, analysis and dissemination).
2- Data Visualization for emergencies across the MENA region.

In this Role I was responsible for developing and administering UNHCR Regular Cash based Intervention system, and maintaining liaisons with the bank to obtain information on work progress and financial related issues, ATM/ IRIS. Also, establish secure, encrypted communication channels with partners for information sharing.
My main duties were to manage the use, maintenance and technical support of databases used in the operation, including planning and overseeing data collection, input and verifications; production of standard and ad hoc and to provide training, as necessary, to UNHCR staff as well as staff-members of implementing partners in relevant aspects of data management.
I was responsible for designing reports using MS Access, MS Excel, and SQL Server and
identifying and finding solutions for bugs and data anomalies and archive and backup database systems in a timely manner; ensuring security of databases; performing database administrator functions.
