• Processing of data entry, bank and cash transactions, on a daily basis;
• Preparing payments through cheques/transfers after submitting the complete supporting documents;
• Organizing and maintaining proper filling for all documents;
• Managing the Petty cash payments and submission of expense sheet by each supervisor;
• Conducting monthly accounts reconciliation for banks & suppliers;
• Assisting the external auditors in tax inspection & declaration, as well as in semi-annual and yearly
audit review;
• Collection follow up through calls and emails;
• Accountable for preparing a weekly collection report for the upper management;
• Providing customer support in collection issues;
• Distributing installments on time taking into consideration the laws and regulation of each property;
• Reconciling the statement of accounts for all the properties on a weekly basis;
• Coordinating with the supervisor of each project concerning collection matters;
• Advising the legal department to proceed with legal actions concerning late payers.
